Order Cancellation

1. Right of withdrawal

You, as a consumer, have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason. The cancellation notice period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or have take possession of the last goods in the relevant order.

in a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or E -Email) of your decision to cancel this agreement. (Please note the different return address!)

You may use the enclosed sample cancelation form to do so also this is not compulsory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional cost arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this agreement. For this repayment we shall use the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction unless a different method has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.

immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this agreement. The period shall be complied with if you dispatch the goods prior to the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods we delivered correspond to the ordered goods.

You must only pay for any depreciation in the goods if said depreciation is attributable to an unnecessary interaction with you for the purpose of checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods (a) which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the needs of the consumer, (b) for reasons of health protection or hygiene are unsuitable for return if their seal was removed after delivery, (c) if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

4. Costs of return shipment

If you exercise your right of revocation pursuant to section 8.1 of the terms and conditions you will have to cover the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered.
